"new windshield"
Well with the taller bars I have basically made the windshield obsolete, so I went ahead and cut it down to make it more styling. My goal is to make my sled one of the best older Indys on the trail and add a little Sno-X flavor to it. This summer I have redone the bars, handguards, this windshield, and my C&A's are in the mail!!! 
I am VERY happy with the outcome of this. Took me about an hour and a half to cut it down. If you want to know how I did it just ask. Let me know what you guys think!! |

Oh you have definately got one great sled there. I don't recall the last time I saw a sled of that year looking that sharp. C&A's should be great too! What color are you getting? Black?
Sled looks great! I use to have some of the powermadd handguards on my ZR until I rolled it and broke them off.  Took a lot of electrical tape to hold them together... but they were just never the same.
Sled looks great and the windshield came out awesome. Cut it yourself? Wow... I would have cracked mine if I ever tried that. |

yup, talked about it a lot before doing it, some people said razor, some said use tin snips, but I did it with both and just took my time to do it right, only thing that got cut is my registration  I lost a little bit of the corner of it in the process. Thanks for all the compliments on the sled too!! Its people like you I am out to impress, I do get a little flattered when I get so many looks on the trails |

wow dude that looks way better now. the bars and windshield really make the sled look awesome. not to mention that the sled itself is amazing for how old it is.
when the white stuff falls, get some new pics, and update your sig w/ your new mods on the sled

i hate the guy with the 1991 indy and all you people that think the guys sled looks sweet. it looks like crap i would kill my self if i had a sled like that i would be so embarassed. i can't believe that you think your sled is sweet.

first of all fagget i dont have a 1991 indy if i did i would be dead beacue i would kill my self and the guy with a yz 426 is a homo i hope u get cancer and die u fudge packers should sell ur home and buy a new sled/bike/4 wheeler and get a life u douche bags just talk about how cool ur sled is its a piece of **** and no matter wat u do to it, it will never be coo

Maybe we could all take up a collection to buy this idiot a 1991 Indy... so he can go kill himself and leave us all alone!
Or... we could just wait it out... it's only a matter of time before Cobra bans him from the forum. Sounds like the same guy from the "loud pipe" thread a couple weeks ago who got banned.

BTW, I would have busted that windshield in a million pieces before I was done with it. Plexi is hard as h*ll to cut! You done a good job!
