Awesome day in Wisconsin!
Just got back from southern Wisconsin today.3/22/08. Snow was a blast but by the time we left it was 37 degrees and melting a little. There was about 8-10 ".Was a little pain because I had sleds summerized but couldn't pass this on up. I'm glad i went.

Id like to know where you rode, because the trails around here are all closed.

Delavan,Whitewater area(Kettle Moraine). There were quite a few riders out today. It was perfect weather. Had to come home for Easter tomorrow. Plus there was melting already. But like I said we had a blast!

It was actually really good powder in the morning for this time of the season. But by afternoon with the sun beating down it became a little wet. But still fun. I don't think it will last too long because it will be in the 50's this week. I was lucky to have a chance this late in the season to go one last time.

Yup, Id say we are pretty much done for the season. Its 40 degrees right now and they are forecasting temps in the mid 40s with a rain/snow mix all week.
We should surpass the 100" of snow, but Id say snowmobiling is done.
Im ready for spring. Im looking foreward to the snow melting so that I can start working out in the yard and Im looking to grilling out and drinking some beers by the campfire with my girlfriend.

Right up my alley also. I'm hoping to buy a jet ski this spring. just waiting to see the fund situation. Not real good right now.

Dont get me wrong, I love winter, but I also like warm weather and doing stuff outside without having to bundle up.
Once March rolls around, Im ready for temps in the 50s.
Id love to get a jetski too. Back in the mid-late '90s my brother owned a few Polaris PWCs. They were a lot of fun. Ive personally always wanted one of those stand-up PWCs. Ive been keeping an eye out on Ebay for a Polaris Octane, but they are all either in Florida or California and thats a bit too far to drive.
I also spend a lot of my time in the warmer months riding my mountain bike. Ive got a Cannondale full-suspension mountain bike and I ride it every day for exercise, plus every now and then I will ride some trails with it.
I also spend a fair amount of time at the local motocross races. A friend of mine is a B-class Lites rider (he rides a 250F), so I go watch him race.
Im saving up for a new truck right now. My F-150 has 173,000 miles on it right now, so I'll be in the market for something new in the near future.
Right now Im leaning towards either a Chevy Colorado or a GMC Canyon. I dont really need another fullsize truck and since Ford isnt going to be making a small truck anymore I guess my only real option is a bowtie. (and dont even suggest a Toyota Tacoma, because I know all too well what a POS those trucks have turned into).

Ford isnt going to be making the Ranger after '08. Believe me, if Ford still made the Ranger Id buy one, but its kind of hard to buy something they wont be making.
There have been rumors that Ford will be making a midsize truck called the, "F-100" but everything Ive heard says that it will be a unibody truck like the Honda Ridgeline and thats something I wouldnt be interested in. I want a real truck with a frame, not a car that is pretending to be a truck.

They are. Its actually a lot like a snowmobile other than the fact that you have to remember that there are no brakes and that you have to stay on the gas in order to have a steering control.
Thats something that a lot of people forget and thats what causes a lot of PWC accidents.
