first time out!!

i got about 5'' this morning so today was the first day i got to ride. i put 7 miles on my sled driving around the house and 2 miles on a friends sled.

At least we know that someone has snow! Enjoy it while you can! The 10 day forecast here says no lower than the high 30's.

dont worry guys, it will come. its supposed to rain tomorrow but i think i got my miles in for this storm. i drove about 30 miles today.

Wow - nice pictures! Glad to see there are some people getting snow & are able to put on a few miles.

i dont have much of a backyard. those pictures are in our trails behind my house.

even though it was raining all morning and the snow is mostly slush, i still went back out today and put about 5 miles on.

that sucks! me and my friends built those trails with hand saws and axes when we were younger.

Ah, bootleg trails is best, eh? The groom trails I've riddin' on were too smooth. Homemade ones are much more interestin' but a lot a work. Never blazed one from scratch but helped re-open one that hadn't been used in ten years. Was worth the effort
