PI500, is that frames from a video or really quick bursts on a digital camera? I'm still hopefull we'll see the picture gallery brought back to life.

My 10 year old was enjoying the 500 a few weeks ago. He's still a little unsure but the more he rides, the better he gets. Here's a vid of the little guy trying to carve turns like the big boys. Too bad it's on hard pack.

those pics were taken on a high speed digital camera. he just kept his finger on the button, and the camera kept snapping pics.

how much snow do you need to "really" need to carve??? cause i can get my sled up on its side i wouldn't consider it carving lol..

dunno the real answer to your question...i guess it all depends. fluffy snow is easier to carve in lieu of the mash potato mush. but i think its all in perspective, what you're riding and where.
