more fun on the water, exceot for a little boo boo
Well, i had the old polaris out on the water again a couple days ago. I was bored and didnt have anything better to do, so i figured it would be a good time....right? Well, it was a great time. We went to harwood lake in three river, mi. I ran from the acses to the resurant that is directly across the lake from the acses. Not very far, but far enough to say i did it again. Well, the first run when the camera man was at the acses after i got across, i hit a paddle boat, didnt fall or hurt the sled or anything, i side swiped it. i came back, and my last time across sucked. I learned how to turn a little bit, but i couldnt find a smooth place to land, and kind of put the sled on its side. LOL. I hurt a littl bit, so i have put it away till winter time, i have some scratches to fix. let me know what you think.
Mike
P.S.- I know, my spelling sucks.

lol, looks like fun but i'd never have the balls, plus I cringe driving on backroads in January let alone around my block during Fall.

people out this way dont really care what we do, so it makes it kind of nice. This lake was a few miles from the house. They know we are red necks, plus we service most of their boats, so i have tow if i ever needed one, which knock on wood, i have been pretty lucky so far. LOL. I never thought i would have the balls either, till i did it in some shallow water and relized it wasnt a big deal. Now its just some bored weekend fun. LOL. To cold now, plus all the boats are winterezed, so a tow wouldnt be to easy.

WOW! that really sucks. I feel bad for you. Did you get a new sled or did you get a ATV instead? Also, did you ever hear back from the towing company? Sorry for your loss. I didnt even look, when did it happen?
