Soldiers Bay

We picked up my dads new sled, and just had to try it so we hit soldier's bay. I was suprised at how much ice was there. My dads sled is a rocket. My sled was alright until I lost an idler wheel, and then tore my track I was planning on going to the Haliburton Forest this weekend, I guess not now. Heres the only action shot I have of me

And heres my dad, he was on reserve fuel so I couldn't get any good ones of him

The F3 studded? Pulling on a 800 tripple, quite the power.

The ice was about 5", but the water is only like 3 feet deep. Further up the river it was scary thin, so I stayedi n the bay. The f3 is only a 600 triple And yes, it has studs (I think that pull was the one that did my track in, after I came down all I heard was fap fap fap )

Nice pics, and hopefully the repair doesn't run you too much. I hate repairs on sleds
