VOTE vintage SOTM

vote for vintage sled of the month for january. anyone who gives special attention to these trail stormers deserves all our respect.

1st up is beavernutts, he needs at least one vote for his username! A all stock 1990 jag 440 afs with 1260 miles

2nd is Jim Jessup's restored 1974 340E TNT. Currently has a rebuilt 75 440 boost port chrome bore engine. Clutched and geared to match the bigger engine.

last but not least is jipcee, he wrote the following....
I bought my first V-Max in 1985. It was an 83. I still have it and my 21 year old step son rides it.
This V-Max is also an 83, I bought it from a friend. He bought the sled new and it was never stored outdoors.
I have owned the sled for six years now.
I paid $500 for it because it didn't run. (Bad Stator)
The tunnel and the hood have never been re-painted (except for the obvious yellow)
I love my V-Max's and hope I never have to ride anything else.
I especially love looking over and waving to the guy on his 700 triple and waving. (at 100 MPH)
Thanks...Jeff

Now i'm going to sleep on this one Love Jims absolute classic style, beavernuts the late 80's look is my favorite, but the work and detail that jipcee put in is worth the vote also.

OK OK, so my first month as VSOTM guy i screwed up a bit

alot of people begged the mods to have a vintage sled of the month, they listened and made it happen. since then it has been a struggle to get entries for the class. I think its a great class which should have its own accolades, PLEASE lets keep it going, i will try my best to make it right in the future.
