I haven't had any problems with it yet. Thats the price you pay for high performance I suppose.

So, with Meth, do you get about 40 miles/tankful?? Seems like you'd need to carry a lot of it with you, since you don't just buy that stuff at the little gas station in the boonies!!??

This just ain't addin' up, buddy!! Anyone with any experience with methanol knows it does not work in cold temps, it is extremely corrosive to aluminum & you will use about 40% more (in volume) than gasoline. Sorry, but I must throw the BS flag on this one!!!
Remember....don't try to BS the BS'ers!!

Say whay you will, but I know that I run down to the oil company and buy my race gas for 6.99 a gallon. Fill my tank and ride. You must be thinking of the methanol from back in the day, you know, during your time. The only problem I had was my two PTO bearings on the crank went out early this season. Other than that, no problems with anything.

Ooh, that shot at my age really hurt me!! Methanol, way back when, is no different than today & is WAY different than race gas!! Time to do some homework, young 'un!!
