I am having problems with the lower idler bushings wearing the shafts. When I buy new shafts and bushings it is still a bit sloppy which I am sure why it wears again so quickly. Also the upper middle idler gets all chewed up every year. Has anyone else noticed this?

I had the same problem with my 98 Formula Z 670, after replacing the bushings, wheels and shaft numerous times I moved the wheels to the ouside of the rails (like the MXZ does). All you have to do is buy the wheel mount for a MXZ 670. Just make sure you keep the shaft(without wheels) inside the rails near the same location to keep the rails from moving apart or togather. As far as the upper middle wheel goes, I've replaced it numerous times and have given up. Good Luck!
