track question

i have a 96 formula 3 and a 98 MXZ 583, first question. will the track from the f3 fit on the mxz. second, do i need any special tools to take the tracks off? third, how big of a job is this.

if they are both 121s it will fit. I think you can go up to a 1.5 on them but im not sure on that?

check that, an F3? they make an f3? the f-series had tracks that were 13.5 in wide, i do not think this will fit on your ski-dont if the track is that narrow because of the drive sprokets and the idler wheels and bogies and such

I think he means the formula 3, its not that big of job at all the worst part is getting the skid bolted back into the tunnel.

thanks for the help. and yes, i did me FORMULA 3. if you would have read the first sentence you would have caught that. I thought that since i was posting in the skidoo forums, people would be bright enough to catch it.

should fit...i can see why dano thought that, just one of those misunderstandings that happen because we're not exactly speaking to each other, but reading words. that's how things are taken the wrong way.
