Track suggestions

well, with 8000 miles, the rev's track needs replaced. we were thinking about getting the iceclaw from camoplast, or maybe the ripsaw. anyone know about these tracks? other suggestions are welcome, thanks.

well, there's plenty of canada trips on it. it's getting it's second engine rebuild right now too. no problems with it, but lubrizoil does it because we're on their test program. that's why were looking for a new sled. found an 04 renegade 800 with low miles for only 5 grand. that'll probably be the next sled.

and, when my dad was going thorugh this field littered with poles in quebec, he got to know one of them. probably did some damage to the track then.

(we try to get our money's worth of canada's permits too)

either get an attack 20 or a ripsaw, they are both sweet.

you know what im gonna say, you know what sesnopro is gonna say

whats the attack 20? ive heard good things about the iceclaw. i know the mini studs will stay in place, but do they help much on ice? what effect do they have in trails?

Well is you are going to stud do it right, a friend of mine had screw in studs and if they are not exactly striaght they will fly out right away.

attack 20

every other lug is missing, this hard packs the snow in front of the next lug which provides postitive tracktion. you might not be able to get one of these though. I would also recomend a fully windowed track.

look at my track in the used sleds, dont tell me that wount bite more than drill ins.

i wouldnt stud, ill never stud the rev's track. but the iceclaw has small ones built in, so it wouldnt effect it much, but would help on ice still. ill take a look at it.
