could I?
just bought a 1993 mach 1.right now i have a 1990 mach 1.the other sled i bought is it in awesome shape.could i just put my motor in the other sled i just bought?will it fit perfect.

Same motor, same chassis. Should bolt right up.

i hope so.it all lokks the same beside the other sled has 2 fuel pumps.2 shut off valves.but with my motor i will just swap everthing over.i think the other one had a 670 or something.but like you said same chassi

Hey SEG, do you know if a 440 CC from a 1990 Safari LXE will fit into a 1994 Safari Deluxe?

what's wrong with th 93 motor???that should be a 670 and the 90 should be a 580(maybe 617)motor...

As far as i know, but I think you need the engine support that came with the 440.

well the sled i bought has no motor in it.besides.its 5 inches wider.

the 91 would have 1 617 the 93 a 670. direct swap, good luck with it.

well its done.runs great.took about 4 hours to swapi had to change the coil and cdi box,and the tank and re run all new gas lines.all went well.

So now you have a 93 sled wit ha 90 engine, or the other way around?
