Clutching 96 formula III

I have a 96 formula three with dynoport pipes and silencers on it. My friend has a goodwin clutch kit, with a 5,000 rpm engagement spring that he would like to sell me. Does anybody know if I will need to rejet my carbs if I put this clutch kit on?

you will NOT need to rejet for a clutch kit. If you put the pipes on you will need to rejet.

Defimitely no rejetting required for this, clutching has nothing to do with rich and lean conditions...
