1990 Safari GLX with only 30 miles - running rich?

I came across a 1990 Safari GLX that had only 6 miles on it!

I snatched it up ,cleaned out the gas tank and carbs and I now have a really nice mint machine!

The only issue I am having is that I think it is running rich and causing its low end to bog a little bit. Once I get the rpm's up she takes off(love that two stroke power band!).

I broke her in correctly and added extra oil in the first full tank of gas and did not full throttle it until after it had 20 miles on her.

Now with the regular gas and oil mix (from the auto oil injector) I fouled the plugs yesterday and after today's ride the plugs are black and oily again.

Should I get hotter plugs and will that solve it?

Can I adjust the oil mixture and how? On the auto oil injector?

Anything else?

With new plugs she runs perfectly but after a bit I notice the slight bog at slow speeds.

Thanks all!!!!

When you cleaned the carbs, did you also make sure that the chokes are adjusted properly?

If this has a primer instead of choke, make sure that it is not drawing fuel through the primer lines when running.
