Hey guys im new here and just wanted to say hi and im looking at buying a 2003 rev 800 are there any problems with this year of sled I've heard there are overheating problems. The only reason why im looking At a sled is the snow is getting too deep for my quads and just something to have fun with here is the link to the sled

That sled hads the "beaver tail" on it, which was a PITA. They broke when they froze up and did not hold the snow well, thus the running hot. Other than that they were not bad. They make the tail delete kits.

If you're not doing a lot of bumps, etc, the beaver tail will hold up. They are good on smooth trails.
