Well people let me start by saying I have learned alot here by reading these posts and my hats off to all of you for that !

I have a 00 mxz body with a 02 440 motor in it. I rode today with no problems. until the grip heaters melted... really ! they melted..! I got home and noticed no head lights, tail, or brake lights ? The bulbs are all blown However it runs fine .... Sooo....

1. voltage regulator

2. A short in the grip heaters

Im guessin someone here has had the same ....

id start with the regulator being it blew all the lights out.

Found it , replaced it for only 125.00 LOL But runs fine now and the lights work too Thanks once again for the replies !
