Raising the Handle Bars

I just bought a 2004 MXZ Renegade 600 H.O. this year and I want to make a few modifications. The first thing I want to do is raise the handle bars, and put on a smaller windshield. My question is, should I buy the Hi-Riser kit, or should I buy the part seperately. I want the handle bars to have j hooks on them, along with hand guards. Has anyone bought the ski-doo hi-riser kit, and if you have was it worth the money?

Here is a picture of my new baby.

Is that the one that is like 250$$. If so then no way dude! Go to Dennis Kirk and buy a riser block for it and then buy some Acerbis or Powermadd handguards and you are good to go.

Go for the Summit bars. they are the equivalent to a factory 9" riser, with the Acerbis hand guards and a shortie windshield you will have no probs. If you pick a used set ( like from a wrecked sled) they probably already have the mountain strap and bar hooks installed.
