A couple quick question....LOL....Does anyone know if 2003 to 2005 skidoo 800 engines where the same, Or are the cylinders the same on the 800's. And are the cylinders different if they are H.O.'s or not. Thanks All in advance!
Through a couple of days of research, I found the answer.....A 2003 800ho cylinder will not work...It has to be a 2004 to 2007 800 and has to be an ho cylinder. Reason being is they changed the exhaust port after 2003 and made it 0.040 higher. Another way to know if you have a ho cylinder is there will be a " D " stamped on the inside the exhaust port....

No problem small......I have learned alot by the research that I have done. Just ordered all my new parts(Replated cylinder, complete gasket set, and a oem top end kit) also going to check out the crank and replace the crank seals. She be almost new
