rebuilding mach 1 700

i am curently rebuilding my mach 1 and i noticed on my cylinders that they are numbered from 1-3, just wondering which side of the motor is 1 clutch or pull cord side?
and if after im done putting it back together if i should do any speciel procedures before starting it? thank you

There is no difference in any of the Mach 1 700 cylinders- there is no #1 cylinder. They will interchange in all positions.

Premix the fuel with oil as well for the first tank or 2.

thank you for the help also. i have a rave valve that doesnt screw into the plastic part ill have to post some pictures, when i took it apart it was like that, there is just no threads on the inside, does any1 have that little black piece?

here are two pictures of the part im talking about, i dont know if u can see that the threads are missing on the inside of picture 2 but there are none the rave valve itself usually screw into this piece. (there are other parts to this but they are all good if any more photos are needed i will get them)

You need to replace that plastic cover. Someone reefed it down too hard and stripped it.

I got that part from my local dealer. Don't remember how much it cost me, but it wasn't too bad I don't think. I've listed the part number below. I'm pretty sure that's what you're looking for.

P.N. 420 2532 57 Exhaust Valve Piston
