hello i lost the key to my ski doo freestyle 300 this summer. last year i broke the key off in the ignation. We took it to an indepented repair shop and they gave me an new ignition and key i misplaced this key. I cnat get a new one from the dealer cuz its not the same ignition what could i do to get another key i do not want to buy a new ignation please help

Go back to the independent and get a key from him. Or check eBay for another switch.

but the guy gave this thing to me for free he has no spares it was just kicking arounf the shop

Don't know what to tell you dude. Find out who makes the switch and see if you can get a key for it.

It's not one of the ones you can just unplug and ride, can you? You may very well be stuck having to buy a new ignition and key if it isn't.

Bring the ignition to a locksmith they should be able to make a key for it
