WHENCOLD MY 670 HO SEEMS LIEIT RUNS OUTOF GASBUT AS SOON AS YOU LETOFF THE THROTTLE IT IDLES JUST FINE ONLY HAPPENS WHEN COLD WHEN MACHINE WARMS UP IT'S FINE

Good! Call it an insurance policy against cold seizing it from reving it up too early.....I think you just need to let it idle a little longer.
