05 Mxz 600

Hey guys, just bought an 05 MXZ SDI 600 from a friend who never used it. I got complete gear and a cover all for 5200 dollars! good deal? I'm wondering what the SDI is and how it work and also how I need to break this thing in. It was setup by a dealer and has only been started twice. (not moved) Also what do you think it would be worth for resale next fall if I kept it new?

ill answer what i can. SDI = semi-direct injection. saves you on mpg. sounds like a good deal. nice engine. you dont want to hold it at full throttle till it has more miles on it; just short bursts. now, people on here have many opinions on break-ins, but that's just my little tip. the rev platform is very nice, but will feel top heavy at first. doesnt take long to love it, but give it time. the skis may feel pushy. the carbides need, sort of, broken in. nothing you have to do, just need some miles on them

Yep, once you break that baby in then it will be a blast. Just remember, no full throttle until after 300 miles, well thats IMO.
