hey guys i got a buddy with a renagade i guess its a 04 and he was wondering if anyone knows if there is a aftermarket block for the 600 ho it blew up after a carb boot was not tightend down nows hes in a 440 and wants his engine back he wants to do a bigger rebuild on the engine 700 or 800 u guys know if he can buy a set of bigger jugs or is it only the 600 the crank is gone pistons are gone every thing toasted

Theres not going to be any aftermarket new pieces out there. I'm pretty certain youll need to stick with the 600. Only a rev based engine will fit easily. People have done 700 swaps with the zx chassis engines, but thats not a direct swap. You can get engines from skidoo for a pretty penny. Only other option is used or reconditioned parts. I believe the cylinders and crank may be the same as the 600 ho sdi as they share the same 594 block

yea its my buddys sled and he wants to rebuild the engine and do a 700 but i guess that wont work out all to well lol yea hes got a 440 in it now hahaha it makes me laugh cus the sled is gut less but o well i will let him know thanks so much

Tell him to gear it and clutch it the way the 440x's come and it will be far from gutless... Well, itll be kinda slow. But quick
