starting problems

well i have a 1997 skidoo formula 500 deluxe and i know i am late but i went to summerize it and i put fuel staberlizer in and i removed the aircleaner box and i was ready to spray frogging oil in the carbs but it wouldnt start but when i put the air cleaner box back on it started right away is there something i did wrong

No you didn't. After you shut it off, did you try tostart it with the airbox off again?

id try starting again, with airbox off.
no reason that it shouldnt start with it off.
when was last time it was ran?

10:1 odds it's flooded and the airbox just made it a tad bit harder to get enough air to combust. Pull the carbs and clean them. Change the plugs too. Then just let it sit for a few hours and try again.

well i have a starting problem again about a month and a half ago i put feul stabilizer in but never had time to start it and run it through and when i tryed to start it this week it wouldnt start its just turning over

any help would be great

Start by cleaning the carbs.

Are you using oxygenated fuel? Even with stabilizer, that stuff goes bad pretty quickly.
