If the sled is flooded, disconnect the impulse line (black line between the fuel pump and the engine block), it should be over by the recoil started assembly. Pull line off, take plugs out and pull engine over. If you have fuel in the crank, you will see it spray out and as long as you have fuel in the crank, you will have spark, fuel & compression, but no combustion. The plugs will be super saturated with fuel. Pull engine over until or no fuel/mist comes out of impulse line connection on engine block. Replace/clean plugs.
Check carbs, floats & needle jest for proper operation (not stuck). A stuck float or needle jet will allow gas to get into crank.
