03 rev 800 overheating issues?

My 03 mxz rev 800 with xpackage is having an overheating problem does anyone now if this is an issue with this sled that may have been solved in 04 models with the rear snowflap set up. Has anyone instaled the uprade with a heat exchanger?

I have been told the idiot light is wayyy too sensitive! my 03 would put the light on but the sled ran great and we were in decent snow on the trails so unless its boggy and stuff I wouldnt worry.

your 03' with that different rear end (alot of magazines called it the "beaver tail") would if anything, keep more snow in the heat exchanger area beacuse it is closed in more than the new rear flap area they debuted in 2004. I have never heard of a single overheating issue with these sleds.
