98 Ski-doo Mach 1 Parting Out

Hello,

I have a 1998 Ski-doo Mach 1 700 triple. Very long story, I bought this sled from an ex boss who lost the title. Now that we don't care for each other, he will not co-operate w/ me to get it. So I told him that I was going to part it out, he told me that is the only way I will get any money back.
With that said, I am now thinking of parting it. Here is the info:

2000 miles
decent track w/ studs ( few missing )
Ski-doo 2 up seat w/ backrest
fuel gauge not working ( I am told there is a fix for the wiring )
no reverse or elec. start
no bumps, no bruises, beautiful sled.

I am now in the process of taking questions or offers on ALL parts.

Can't you sell it in another state? I know in NH you don't need a title to reg it.....

NY does not even have titles on sleds.
