hopefully minor problems on 89 mach1

hi im new two this forum and i have a couple issues with an older sled i just bought. i havent had a whole lot of experience with sleds so any help would be awsome! the first thing i noticed was track seems a little out of allignment. it seems like its tracking a more to the left and its almost or already to the point were the guides on the track are starting to rub on the slide rail. i noticed you can adjust it on the back wheels to get it back in the center but if i do that will i have to adjust anything up front? on to my 2nd question..the drive shaft on my sled seems like it could be bent when i give it some gas and it starts to rotate seems like it wobbles a little not real bad though. is this a huge deal or no? last question! the motor bogs when you first give it gas and then if you keep on it , it will finally pick up. ive cleaned the carbs drained the tank and replaced the fuel lines. also it seems like the carb on the right closest to the oil tank has a little more vaccum to it if you hold your hand over it? well thats the issues i got any help would be great! thanx

You can just tighten the right bolt on the back and the track will straighten out. Check the drive bearings for that shaft to make sure everything is tight, if so, it should be OK. I'd also do a compression test on the left cylinder first. It should have 120 psi or more.

hey hows it goin...on the compression check what all do i need to do that? there is a special psi gauge you can get for that right? yah the guy i just bought the sled from said the motor just got new .020 over pistons in it so i hope that isnt the case. if i check the compression and thats fine do you think there could be some blockage somwhere in that left carb? i thought i cleaned them out pretty good but maybe not good enough lol. also both barrels seem like their equal but when you hold the throttle wide open it seems like one opens up a little more than the other. u should be able to adust that so they both open up all the way right?

Yes, you can adjust them for that.
You want a screw in gauge.

Try the compression test first. Remove both plugs. Screw the tester into the plug hole, then pull it over 3 times with the throttle wide open. You should have 120psi or more.
