Is it worth it installing a set Of V-Force reeds to my 94 MachZ?
and changing the stock air filter too K&N air filters?

Reeds- definitely. K&N's- minimal.

I agree with what seg said.... reeds i always think make a difference....With intake though i dont think its makes much of a difference
