You should have an SC-10 II and they are a fully coupled suspension. The question you ask is not an easy " adjust the springs to this" You need to refer to the owners manula and adjust to the style you ride and your weight. The SC10 II has coupler blocks that can be adjsuted to reduce or increase weiht transfer which affects stability, traction and ride. You also have shock and torsion spring adjustments to contend with. Read up on it and experiment.

BEING A 440 I DON'T BELEIVE IT HAS THE SC-10-2 UNLESS IT'S THE MXZX BUT LIKE WISCONSIN F3 STATED READ UP ON THE SUSPENSION AND TINKER WITH IT I SPENT HALF THE SEASON
DIALING IN MINE ONLY TO REALIZE THAT I NEED TO RE-CALIBRATE
THE SHOCKS FOR MY STYLE OF RIDIN'. THE SC-10 IS HARD TO DIAL
IN BUT THE RESULTS ARE WELL WORTH THE EFFORT. TRY GOING
TO DOOTALK.COM YOU WILL GET MORE DETAILED ANSWERS ON THAT FORUM.

GOOD LUCK!!
