Angry 1992 Ski-doo Safari, hard to start...

Hi all
I have an 92 ski-doo safari that is really hard to start, I got to pull and pull to get it going, even after 10 mins of running it is hard to start, I put new plugs., cleaned both cards, replaced the needle and seats, did everything i can think of, The left piston is low at 90 lbs and the right is at 110lbs, does this cause it not to start, I checked the fire and it is blue spark.

Please, can someone help me.
thnx

Compressions are pretty low, they should be between 120-150 lbs. This would cause it to start hard, especially the 90 lb side. You should hone the cylinders and re-ring it.
