finally got around to putting the new CDI on my sled, first pull she fired right up! i got everything ready and i was about to go for a rip down the lake when i looked at the rear skid :| the rear center bogey wheel has NO bearing and and it looks like i have been running it that way for a while because the axle is pretty scuffed up... so i pulled the axle and bogey wheels and now i have to replace the bearing!..maybe some time this week i can take it for a run!.

can never win sometimes. hopefully this will be the last fix for the season.

I'd take that over engine problems any day.

oh yea i no its a simple fix it just bugs me cause i have been waiting so long for that sled to run and it dose now and i still cant ride it! lol!

all that time waiting you should have been checking over the rest of your sled. i will take maintenance over repair any day....

yea well stupid me i replaced all bearings last year EXCEPT that one ...yea im stupid but it looked fine and it is some what hard to get that wheel off...i WON'T make that mistake again!...the rest of the sled is fine i checked the rest of it last night, greased everything and topped up the oil. So once that wheel and bearing is back on i will be heading up to the muskokas for a few days with some buddys of mine to do some riding!.
