wiring problem

96 mach z
today we where out jumping a few small jumps and i lost tach ,heat and fuel gauges as well as my head light sounds like a ground problem i would guess i checked all the harness plugs under the hood behind gauges and headlight to macke sure they where pushed in tight to each other --- question is has any one had a problem like this or does anyone know where the main harness ground would be located -- help would be appreciated as am suppose to leave in the morning on a skidoo trip would hate to cancell because a minor repair .

SOunds like the regulator quit on it. A bad ground would still give you dim lights.
