1998 670 SummitX BOGGING at high RPM!

I've read a few other posts on this, I'm trying to
narrow this down.

Maybe I can't without tinkering, but it sure would be
nice.

I've got a serious bog, that gets worse and worse
when the motor loads up in deep snow.

Belt is good, Plugs are good.. Brown color.

Is this Clutch, High Altitude Compensator or RAVEs?

I'm running at Vail CO, around 8K (I think).. The sled
is set up for this altitude and it actually was running
great at the beginning of the day.... then the problem
got worse and worse.. Ideas???

thanks!

Have you cleaned the valves ever?

Try hotter plugs, clean the exhaust valves and check your breather box/air filter.

Just took the sled up to Breckenridge Sat. I put in new plugs and she
ran pretty good. (better at least) We were really up there.. 12000 ft.
So I'm not sure if I can expect much for power? Maybe the swap in plugs
made a little difference?

The bottom end of the motor was rebuilt last year.. The RAVEs and pistons
were all checked. Compression is at 115-120/side.

Can someone recommend a hotter plug? I'm running NGK BR9ES right now.

Thanks,
