it could be that you have bent your crank my buddy bent his the other day sled shut off and then it was really hard to pull over... but if your crank is bent you might want to find out what caused it

another thing you could have burnt up a piston or even scored one of your cylinders, it could be berrings try this to see if its your top end or bottom thats the problem take off the belt and slowly try and turn the crank forward and backwards if the crand can turn a little bit forward and back the crank is probobly not your problem but the more play there is forward and back the more id lean towards connecting rod berrings or rings, if your crank dosnt have this little bit of forward and back play then its probobly your crank berrings or a bent crank... the only real way to tell your problem is to take the motor apart and see.
