Question Gearing and clutching a 2000 summit 600???

hi, i purchased a 2000 summit 600 today it is in really good shape and was trail driven in qubec and labradoor it was always maintained . im just wondering now, i wont really be using it for hill climbing im mostly a ditch banger and a stay in front of the pack kinda guy and i would like to know what to do with the clutching and gearing to make this skidoo maby gain a bit of speed along with some accel. i was thinking of a mxz 600 clutch kit from EPI but along with that what could i do to the gearing? my buddy said drop one or 2 teeth on the top but i dont want to loose to much speed from that... mainly i just want accel and i dont mind if ill have to saccrafice some top speed to get it but it would be great if i could find a good ssetup that can let me keep my top speed or even help me gain some along with the accel i want...

P.S i will be climbing the ocasional hill.

-1 tooth on the top is sufficient and will not affect your top end much.
