Question Is this a good deal?

I just bought a 97 ski doo mxz 583 for $900, It has a small crack on the side of the tunnel and the seat has a rip in the front of it and needs a shock in the back, other than that it looks great and runs great. Did I get a good deal or not? I was alos wondering if anybody knew what to do with the crack?
