1999 formula III 700 tripple

I have an issue with my clutch. When the sled is idling up too about 1/4 trottle you hear this pinging sound coming from the clutch but when you get to just below 1/2-full throttle the noise goes away. Any ideas what this could be as well as a resolution. Thankx

your arms and rollers are most likely worn, sometimes you hear some noise from the clutch at idle, but a well serviced clutch will not do that. it should be gone over and repaired.
