No Power

My 1997 scandic 380 lost almost all its power while going 75 km/h. The plugs looked bad so i changed them but that didn't help. Here is a pic of plugs. Any ideas of whats wrong?

I can't get the pic to upload but the left plug has a grey glazing all over and the right one has a small amount of black glaze.

Gray usually means it leaned out and scored the piston. Do a compression check on that side, I'll bet you have less than 60 lbs. Supposed ot have 120 or more.

It does feel too easy to haul over. I don't have compression guage but i guess i dont reallly need it. Do you know where i can get instructions on fixing the 377? hould i get new pistons and hone the cylinders or just put in new rings?

looked into the plug hole and found a burn't hole in the piston on the clutch side. could this cause problems with other engine parts like bearings?

if theres a burn hole in the piston its a gonner,I wouldent think it would have hurt your bearings, but if your there, why go thru it again, replace the bearings also, you will need a new piston and rings, try Al's Snowmobile Parts Warehouse - Snowmobile Parts, Snowmobile Parts, and More Snowmobile Parts or DennisKirk - Production Website Home page for parts
