need info on 97 F-3

I have a 97 formula 3 and was getting wear on the inside middle of the track, With little help from "01mxz800" I found a bad shock bushing and I think the bracket that the shock mounts to was bent. this is all on the front shock bottom. Before I fixed it I tried sliding some washers under the mount and found that I only had 1/8' clearance between bottom of shock and track. after the repair I now have 1/4' clearance. My slides are almost down to the wear line. I did not know what the bracket was supposed to look like so I just made the bottom edge straight. It would be a great help if someone with a 97 F-3 could tell me what they have for clearance so I can tell if I have fixed the problem.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
