i have been jumping my sled a little here and there, and have bent the right running board on my mxz 500f, what can i do to fix this problem, do i need new runners or can i fix it by hand?

Chances are you can bend it back into place, although that will weaken them a bit. I would grab a huge wrench, latch on and bend it back.... THEN buy a set of running board support brackets. As a local dealer about them, they will know what you are talking about.
