2002 MXZ 800 top speed?

Yeah my uncle is talking up his 800 mxz and i just about laughed at him when he said he was going across his lake at 109mph and he had half a throttle left. LOL. This is like powder on an open lake... not a packed trail. He has the long track on it. What is the actual top end speed and horsepower of this sled? I am pretty sure for a top end speed it cant go over 110. How does an 800 polaris rmk long track compare to this? Thanks. I hope smallengineguy chimes in on this one.

Your'e probly looking at about 140 on the horses and I'm gonna say bout 105 to 110 for top end. I have a '03 MXZ 800, run it up to 105 and had a little left. Never have gone all the way with it yet. BTW that is speedo numbers too. All the manufacurers like to embelish their numbers a bit. According to articles/comparisons I have read Polaris is the worse at their embelishing, based on GPS comparisons.
