2003 Legend SE

If anyone can Help. 2003 SKI DOO Legend Se with Tilt Handlebars do not lock in high position.Speedometer does not register speed new to riding would appreciate any help.

One of the notches on the lock for the steering tilt may be broken. I don't really know how they work so that's a shot in the dark.

As for the speedo, check to make sure the cable isn't broken.

speedo is electronic, check your wires going o the sensor under your driven clutch, make sure everything looks good there. the handlebars i dont know, just going to have to take the stuff apart and figure out whats wrong.
