2006 GTX 550 fan
i have less than 400 miles on this machine and the primary clutch has stuck twice. i have to take the cluch guard off and turn the cluch by hand before i can start the machine.
does anyone else have this problem and how do you deal with it

pull the bolt out of the center of the clutch, the moveable shive will slide off. look to see if there is any rubber residue or dirt/ scratches ect on the shaft or bushing, clean it up good with something. put it back together. do not use any lube!
