I'll start by saying I know next to nothing about sleds, so any questions you have will take a bit to be replied because I have to pass the question along. I'm here to find out what it may be worth, and what I should expect for it to sell for on ebay.
A good family friend is trying to sell a sled, and have asked for my assistance with selling either on ebay or any other means that can get it sold within a reasonable time.
Again, I know next to nothing about this sled, so i'll repeat what I gathered from conversing about it while taking pictures. It's a 2005 ski doo (dunno what engine or anything else, i'm sure you can tell from the pictures). It's been raced and maintained by a proven race team. It's had several shock rebuilds and a couple engine rebuilds. It has a studded track for racing, and needs nothing done to it to be functional.
I've taken a ton of pictures of everything we thought was important, and i've uploaded them all to a photobucket account.

Would I have better luck trying to sell this private party in person, or would it stand a chance if thrown on ebay?
