99 Formula III 700: Opinions? Value?

I’ve been casually looking to upgrade to a newer sled for a while and now that the riding season is coming to an end and I’ve ran across what looks like a good deal:

1999 Doo Formula 3 700 tripple. 4,000 miles, supposedly well maintained, runs great, good carbides and newer studded track. Unfortunatly it was recently rolled and the hood is a little messed up (chunk missing/crack) Mechanically sound. I have not seen/ driven this sled yet but hope to test drive it soon. I belive it is the CK-3 chassis which is a good chassis from what I've heard...?

I haven't heard too much about these sleds but I am concerned with reliability. Have the cranks/bearings/bottem ends on the 700s been known for any problems? What problems have these sleds been known for (if any)? About how much do you think its worth???

Thanks in advance for any advice/help you can give me!

By 99 they had the motors pretty much perfect, no crank issues, etc. Some had stator problems, but other than that, they are a nice sled. The CK3 chassis is a very good unit.
