suspension

I own two 2005 gsx's, first ride this weekend I drive a 600 ho and my wife drives the 550f after our first ride she was following me, she said that the suspension seemed to work better for me than hers did. I know i have enough weight to compress the suspension and I was thinking that she did not weigh enough to compress her suspension!!?? After that coment I compressed her suspension and then I comperssed my suspension, her was noticiable stiffer? I checked all the adjustable points and they are all set the same. I went to the dealer and asked the person that sold us the machines and he said that he would call skido and call me today well that did not happen!!! I know the difference in shocks, the 600 is oil and the 550f is air but the salesman says if anything that would make it easier to compress?? I also see in the manual there is a softer setting on the shock ut the salesman said that would nat make a measurable difference!!?? Can someone please help me??

Make sure that the thinnest part of the coupling block is facing the rear of the sled. Also try setting all the springs to the loosest setting and see if that helps any.
