any suggestions on light moding 670 rotax

The only thing I can really think of is a new silencer (exhaust, whatever) and maybe a set of reeds. This will add some horsepower, change air flow, and increase throttle response. You'll notice the difference, and not to mention it'll sound cooler too. You could maybe do some clutch stuff to it too if you wanted, but that's up to you. If it sounds to hard to you maybe you wouldn't want to try.

The 670 Rotax is very easy to mod. to any level.. we ran 670s in our open class snowcross sleds for years... a good light mod would be going to a rotary valve with 169 deg. opening and using the short carb boots from a 98-99 670 HO or Summit X...have funshould get you about 124-125 hp....
