I recentely bougth a 09 800 rmk with a MBRP can
My main concern is if I need to make some kind of tune up or i'ts put it there and ride.

u probly dont have to do any thing but maby so go over it and and look for things and dont be afraid to drive it to find anything out

When I ride 0% to 75% and at 100% on the trigger sled sound and run great but at 75% the can sond irregular
So I was wondering if the sled could became lean at 75% because of the can

That's probably about where the VES valves are coming on. The can shouldn't require any tuning to stay safe.

So what is better between getting my ECM tune up by my dealer or buy a autotune because I really think I should get my sled tune up because of the can

Usually, if you just add a can, there isn't much need to change the fuel map. If you add a pipe and can, go with the recommendation of the manufacturer. I have an SLP pipe and can on my 700 with a ported engine and SLP recommends going with the Polaris fuel map. Talk to the can manufacturer, they are best at answering this kind of question.
