96 Polaris XCR 600 will bogg out at 50mph

I tried to take my xcr out for a trip today, started and idled fine, ran around the field a few times, no problem getting it up to 70-80mph, after a 5 mile ride sled wouldnt go over 5200rpm/50mph, if you come to a complete stop and take off again sled sounds great to 50 mph then boggs out and runs like crap, it wont stall out it just runs like crap, im thinking possable bad ground on coil packs? Any other ideas would be great, its sunday and I want to ride the damn thing

maybe clogged main jets? not enough fuel can cause bog too. make sure all carbs are in sync, and all the air screws are at the same spot, i belive 1 full turn out.

I just checked the carb intake boots (between the carb and the engine) and the one seems to be really cracked the other 2 are cracked but not as bad, if theres extra air getting in to the system here would that cause this issuse?
